Salary range: 75,000 – 78,000 Peso (Gross)
• Deal directly with affiliates either by telephone, electronically (email/Chat) – Liên hệ trực tiếp với các đại lý thông qua điện thoại, email, chat
• Provide a friendly and professional welcome to affiliates partner, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organization – Niềm nở, thể hiện thái độ chuyên nghiệp với các đối tác đại lý, tạo ấn tượng tốt
• Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to affiliates inquiries regarding products and services of the organization – Thông tin cho đại lý về các chương trình khuyến mãi, sản phẩm, dịch vụ của công ty
• Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests – Xử lý các đề xuất, biểu mẫu…
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken – Lưu lại các phản hồi, phàn nàn của khách hàng và cách xử lý
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

  • Vietnamese nationality, can communicate in Vietnamese and English – Quốc tịch Việt Nam

  • Has Marketing background For Marketing Executive and Sale background for Account Executive – Có kinh nghiệm Marketing, hay Sale, CSKH là một lợi thế
