The Sales Executive will assist marketing team to acquire new customers, using all marketing and sales channels, in order to bring profit to the company. Candidates should be able to multitask, have strong communication skills and business knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Assigned to Marketing & Sales channels in order to acquire new quality customers.
▪ Being able to plan for Sales & Marketing campaigns to achieve assigned KPIs.
▪ Assist and support marketing team with marketing planning and research activities.
▪ Identify trends and insights, and optimized spend and performance based on the insights.
▪ Be able to manage social channels to put it in use as one of sales channels.
▪ Improve and develop sales skills and communication in order to maximize the sale
▪ Measure and report performance of all sales campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and
▪ Work closely with operation team especially customer services department to ensure the
issues / concerns of members are resolved.
▪ Any other tasks that being assigned by superior or Management from time to time
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Vietnamese nationality, can communicate in Vietnamese and English
- Age not over 33 years old
- Has Marketing background For Marketing Executive and Sale background for Account Executive
- Housing Allowance (If not living in company accommodation)
- Service Reward PHP 115,000 (after completion of 2-year service) and PHP 15,000 flight ticket allowance provided from Manila to home country. No service reward will be provided if Employee resigns before completion of 2 years service.
- Vacation Leave 18 days per annum + 6 Public Holidays (Total 24 days)
