Position: Telesale Executive (MarketingConversion) (Salary+Allowance+Comission)
Salary: 70,000 Peso (Gross) + Commission

Job Purpose
Converting new registered customers and driving overall sales and profitability
in alignment with marketing objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Manage the day to day operations of Telesales agents for Vietnam market
-Drive sales through leadership, coaching and development of the Telesales
agents
-Assist in implementation and execution of new processes
-Develop and execute telemarketing or sales strategy to optimize and
maximize contacts to drive sales
-Lead the Telesales team to achieve sales target
-Collaboration with various departments to ensure process and system
alignment
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Vietnamese nationality, can communicate in Vietnamese and English
- Age not over 33 years old
- Has Marketing background For Marketing Executive and Sale background for Account Executive
