Role Responsibilities
• Managing and looking after high end clientele through email, phone and line messaging
• Develop ongoing profitable VIP relationships through reactivation & retention
• Manage VIP relationships on a daily basis
• Daily contact with players for cross selling and promotions
• Ensure that target and service levels are maintained, and compliance procedures adhered to
• Assist in growing the number of VIP customers and repeat business
• To deliver best in class VIP service
Working hours
- 10 am to 7 pm from Mon to Fri
**Work timings might change due to big sporting events
Desired Skills and Experience
• Be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese well
• Experience of managing and looking after high end clientele (preferred)
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of customer servicing and retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
• Outgoing personality with a ‘can do’ attitude
