As a Statistics Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to the number of viewers on our livestream site and the viewer-to-customer conversion rate. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. Fluent proficiency in English and Chinese languages is a must, as you will be working with a diverse team and analyzing data from international markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data pertaining to the number of viewers on our livestream site using statistical methods and tools.
- Measure and track the viewer-to-customer conversion rate to identify areas of improvement.
- Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate statistical findings and insights to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of livestream events and conversion strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest statistical methodologies, tools, and techniques and proactively apply them to improve data analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present statistical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
