JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop telesales work plans and workflows, complete sales targets and achieve various KPIs
2. Develop various telemarketing management systems and service standards, train, guide and supervise
telemarketers, and cultivate keen market capture and discrimination capabilities
3. Timely summarization, reporting and reasonable suggestions of daily passenger flow, grasping market
conditions, understanding market trends, and collecting competitor intelligence
4. Company activities and policies communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner, look for
sales opportunities, and complete sales
5. Regular customer return visits to maintain customer relationships and tap customer potential, including
resources around customers
6. Responsible for team motivation, improve employees’ enthusiasm and work enthusiasm, and establish a
positive team culture that conforms to the company’s values
7. Complete the tasks temporarily assigned by superiors
REQUIRMENT
1. Restricted to females, 25-35 years old, college degree or above (excellent qualifications can relax the
requirements appropriately)
2.1 years of telesales team management experience
3. Sweet voice, love sales type work, those who have telephone customer service, sales related work
experience or master sales skills are preferred
4. Have a strong desire for success and high salary, and deliberately challenge the unlimited bonus
mechanism
5. Have strong communication skills, organization, coordination and team management skills, and enjoy
efficient, young and viable team work
6. Quickly and accurately understand customer needs

Resignation during probationary period:
Payment amount = visa fee + meal fee PHP 300* 3/day + room supplement PHP 10,000/month
