Responsibilities
• Responsible in monitoring and tracking customer files
• Attends to customer’s needs by answering product and service related queries
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs
• Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English
• Background in Customer service is a plus
• Open for undergraduates
• Willing to work in either Taguig City or Pasay City
• Can start working as soon as possible
