Requirements
• Open to foreign and local Vietnamese speakers
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English

Responsibilities
• Responsible for observing various customer transactions to flag or identify suspicious activity
• Communicate effectively via email and/or telephone with customer base – buyers, merchants and internal customers
• Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.
• Monitor constantly customer and transactional records
• Participate in ad hoc projects/assignments as necessary
