Monthly salary range**: RMB 15,000 – 18,000
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing and operating a brand account matrix on social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
2. Formulate and implement social media operation strategies to increase brand exposure and user engagement.
3. Plan and write scripts for video content, produce and publish high-quality content, including text, pictures and videos.
4. Supervise the video shooting and production process to ensure content quality.
5. Analyze social media data, optimize content strategy, and enhance fan interaction.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, media, film and television production, etc.
2. More than 3 years of experience in social media operations and content creation, those with a background in live broadcast platforms or social media industry are preferred.
3. Familiar with the operation and promotion strategies of major social media platforms, with excellent content planning and editing capabilities.
4. Possess video shooting and editing skills, and be able to independently complete content production.
5. Understand the Indonesian market and have practical experience in local social media.
6. Able to communicate fluently in Chinese, English and Indonesian.
