Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the Thai market to achieve business objectives.
- Identify key market opportunities, emerging trends, and consumer insights to inform and shape digital marketing efforts.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure that all campaigns are engaging, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic in the Thai market.
- Manage ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management, to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence in Thailand, ensuring consistent brand messaging and active community engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that resonate with the Thai audience and drive brand awareness.
- Work closely with the content team to create and distribute high-quality content that supports marketing goals and appeals to the Thai audience.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and effectively communicates the brand’s value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget, adjusting as necessary to achieve financial goals.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Thai market.
- Experiment with new digital marketing tactics and platforms to find innovative ways to engage with the target audience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in Digital Leader role, priority iGaming experience .
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns and managing teams.
- Native proficiency in Thai with excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
