Monthly salary range**: RMB 15.000 – 18.000 per month
#### Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
2. Oversee the implementation of all digital marketing activities to ensure that the company’s brand promotion goals are achieved.
3. Analyze market and consumer data, develop effective marketing plans, and manage budgets.
4. Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities.
5. Develop creative and advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
6. Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
7. Evaluate and apply emerging technologies and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
#### Job requirements:
1. Graduated from marketing, advertising, communication and other related majors
2. More than 5 years of work experience in digital marketing, with live broadcast platform or social media background preferred
3. Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing strategies.
4. Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
5. Excellent communication and data analysis skills, able to develop effective marketing strategies.
6. Familiar with the Indonesian market, with a deep understanding of local culture and consumer behavior.
7. Fluently communicate in Chinese, English and Indonesian.
