Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Thai market to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with the target audience.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and positioning in the Thai market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Utilize analytics to track performance and optimize digital campaigns for better ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor expenditures and prepare regular financial reports.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and media outlets to expand brand reach.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market feedback.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve effectiveness.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the iGaming Thai market is priority
  • Native proficiency in Thai & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
