- Propose and coordinate with teams to implement Social Media communication campaigns tailored to the company’s product and industry-specific strategies
- Recommend suitable KOLs/KOCs/Influencers for communication campaigns and content for company activities, work with KOLs/KOCs/Influencers to expand reach and achieve committed KPIs.
- Monitor and achieve media KPIs on views, reach, engagement, likes, shares, etc., for the company’s campaigns
- Report the effectiveness of work/activities/campaigns to the lead on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Plan and write PR articles, seedings, press releases, and communication stories related to the company’s services, customer experiences on social media.
- Collaborate and maintain connections with partners/suppliers to enhance the effectiveness of the Social channel.
- Manage a clear timeline and tasks related to Social Media and Media Campaign channels.
- Plan and execute the detailed development of content on social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, Telegram, etc.
- Ability to coordinate collaborative projects effectively with design, production teams, and other relevant collaborators for ongoing projects.
- Monitor and support brand team, digital marketing tasks for brand campaigns.
- Analyze social media data, track campaign performance, and create reports to measure the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices on social media to ensure effective campaign execution and brand relevance.
- Research target audiences, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to engage with your target audience on short video platforms like TikTok, Facebook Reels, Youtube Shorts, etc.
- Write content, create videos, and collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with the brand’s message and identity.
- Efficiently manage budget expenses and propose reasonable KPIs for campaign objectives.
Job Requirement
- Ability to create detailed Social Media plans, manage Social infrastructure, and strategize information dissemination for products and brands
- Ability to measure and analyze data, manage data from Social Media, and related channels
- Experience using analysis software or measuring communication
- Ability to analyze data and extract deep insights into emotional actions in video clips to optimize social media communication strategies.
- Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, openness, and regular updating of new design trends.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Responsible and proactive in work. Attitude is more important than qualifications.
- Strong writing and communication skills, understanding of how to manage and strategize social media communication. Strong multitasking and time management skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Confidence in communication, good teamwork, enthusiasm for work, and a willingness to learn and innovate.
- Creative thinking, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Candidates with experience in Content Marketing, Social Media (Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.) or related fields, with a preference for experience of 6 months or more.
- English proficiency (mainly reading and writing), knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Ability to create and edit basic images/videos for posting on social media platforms. For example, basic Capcut usage.
