Overall Description:
The HR Talent Acquisition SubLead is responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, specializing in sourcing talent for the company, selecting the best candidates, and providing timely human resources for the company. They will oversee and train the TA team in a professional manner and develop the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Expand the company’s recruitment network by establishing relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve recruitment strategies and achieve hiring goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Mentor and develop the TA team to enhance their recruitment skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
