Job Responsibilities
– Develop and optimize models for OCR, object detection, face matching, and liveness detection.
– Build robust preprocessing pipelines for image enhancement and real-world scenarios.
– Deploy and scale models using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
– Curate and preprocess datasets, implementing semi-supervised learning where applicable.
– Monitor and optimize deployed models to maintain high performance and reliability.
– Research and implement advancements in computer vision technologies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Skills and Experience
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
– Knowledge of KYC workflows, regulatory compliance, and FinTech applications.
– Experience with GPU optimization and distributed computing frameworks.
Experience:
– 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying OCR, object detection, face matching, or liveness detection models.
– Proven track record with Computer Vision frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Tesseract, and OpenCV.
– Experience integrating AI models into production workflows, including cloud-based deployments.
Skills:
– Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in Computer Vision libraries and tools.
– Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and libraries like OpenCV or Tesseract.
– Familiarity with deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
– Expertise in image preprocessing techniques such as noise reduction, skew correction, and image enhancement.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
Salary:
$2,000 – $3,500, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
