Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Partnership Strategy and Growth:
– Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program, focusing on acquiring high-performing affiliate partners.
– Build and maintain strategic relationships with key affiliates, negotiating agreements to drive mutual growth.
– Explore and onboard new affiliate channels, platforms, and markets to expand reach.
Program Optimization:
– Collaborate with product teams to develop affiliate-focused campaigns and initiatives.
– Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
Strategic Business Development:
– Identify new business opportunities within the affiliate space and develop tailored pitches for high-value partnerships.
– Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
– Develop innovative affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
– Establish KPIs for the affiliate program and ensure regular tracking, reporting, and performance reviews.

Compliance and Risk Management:
